Quality through and through

Every installation is calculated, tested and documented before it is mounted.

What we do in house

Physical tests of nets

Physical tests feed the mathematical models that calculate stresses and strength.

Laboratory test bench

X, Y and Z load testing in our own laboratory.

CAD and BIM

3D modelling and simulation of individual project components, integrated with common platforms.

Fire and acid resistance

Materials and constructions are tested for fire and acid exposure.

Attachment methods

A proprietary range of full-strength attachment methods.

Batch testing on request

Production batches can be tested before they leave the factory, as an optional add-on.

Our own test facility

A full-size rig lets us mount a complete net panel and load it in X, Y and Z, the way it is loaded on site. Every test is measured, and the results feed the models we design from.

We calculate from what we test, and test what we calculate.

From physical test to mathematical model

Nets are tested for forces in the X and Y planes under load in the Z plane. The results are used to build the models that dimension each project.

Suspension structures

An engineering team with extensive experience in suspension structures. Construction details are developed for each individual project.

Who we develop with

Ukrainian experts and universities with real-world experience in protecting critical infrastructure, and partners within military, security, surveillance and drone technology. Continuous development and testing to keep pace with drone development.
